Custom Comfort Heating and Cooling is a family-owned and operated company, serving the HVAC needs of the greater Ozarks. Casey Buckles is the owner of the company and serves as its President. Over the years, Casey has assembled a top-notch team of experienced professionals. "The more they know and apply, the better everyone the company touches is served," says Casey. "We don't assume our team knows everything, but we do ensure they are the most knowledgeable and well-trained professionals in the market by investing in them."
Every team member, including office staff and production people, receives training - both in-house and off-site through strategic partnering of industry affiliations and manufacturers. Custom Comfort involves its field people in role-playing exercises and weekly position by position de-briefs to discover the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, learn and improve to better serve our customers. All of this is done not just to make them better long-term co-workers, but better people, too. We believe we are the best and make sure our team has the tools and the training to be the best.
Custom Comfort currently supports eight local families through our team members, many of whom have been with the company more than half a decade. That type of loyalty is a testimony to the number one goal of the company: Have “Customers for Life”, both internal and external!

I wanted to start a family somewhere else, and the opportunity came where I was able to move my family to the state of Missouri, where I had the opportunity to work with the same employer that I had worked with in Arizona. I have almost 19 years in sheet metal/HVAC industry: 12 years in Arizona and going on 7 years here in Missouri and Custom Comfort Heating & Cooling.
